Therapy for When Your Nervous System Is Tired of Holding It All Together

This is therapy that doesn’t ask you to explain everything perfectly. It meets you in the stuckness, the shutdown, the spinning thoughts—gently.
At Soul Co, we use a somatic, trauma-informed lens rooted in nervous system science and deep presence.Together, we’ll listen to your body’s cues, unwind survival patterns, and build real, lasting safety—physically and emotionally.
You don’t need to push through here. You get to soften.
The Approach

A Grounded, Body-Based Approach to Healing.

Before Soul Co, I guided wilderness therapy trips—weeks in the backcountry supporting people through real-time emotional process work.I learned how powerful it is to feel safe in your body and your environment.

Now, I bring that same grounded presence into the therapy room. My work integrates somatic therapy, Polyvagal Theory, trauma neuroscience, and nature-informed wisdom.

We track what’s happening in your system moment to moment—your breath, your posture, your nervous system state—so that healing becomes something you feel, not just something you talk about. We move at your pace.

We honour your body’s story. And we work from a place of deep safety, not urgency.

What We Might Explore

You don’t need to come in with a diagnosis or a five-point plan. Therapy at Soul Co. is a space to unpack whatever’s feeling heavy, stuck, or unclear. Some folks come in at a breaking point, others are just ready to dig deeper. Either way—you’re welcome here. Here are a few themes we often explore together:

✔ How your nervous system has adapted to survive — and how to safely shift out of survival mode

✔ The roots of burnout, shutdown, people-pleasing, and emotional overwhelm

✔ What your body is saying beneath the anxiety, perfectionism, or “freeze”

✔ How early attachment patterns shaped your boundaries, relationships, and self-trust

✔ What safety feels like in your body—and how to build more of it

✔ How to come back to yourself after years of disconnection, hyper-independence, or emotional neglect

✔ What it means to stop over-explaining, over-functioning, and finally rest

✔ How to expand your capacity for pleasure, stillness, and being seen
